High Gain 3G marine antenna from new partner SCAN Antenna

Specialist Antenna Solutions is pleased to announce a new partnership with SCAN Antenna of Denmark and is promoting their line of antennas for Marine, Satcom and communications applications. We believe that the SCAN antenna range complements our existing line of antennas especially adding a portfolio of Marine and Satcom antennas where previously we have had small voids in our offering. This helps us achieve our aim of being truly a specialist antenna supplier offering a comprehensive antenna solution for each and every professional antenna application between 100 MHz and 6 GHz.

One particular antenna of already of interest to our customers is a 9 dB 3G Marine Omni, the UHF219 antenna. Covering the 2100 MHz band for 3G, the UHF219 is at truly high gain marine antenna with a heavy duty 18mm diameter glass-fibre tube and chrome plated brass. The antenna is terminated in a N-Female connector.

The UHF219 is white in colour and measures approx. 840mm in overall length. It is ground plane independent and does not need to mounted on a metal ground plane.

New Iridium Rugged Passive Omni Antenna introduced

A new product manufactured by SCAN Antenna is now available to buy online via the Connex webshop. The Iridium certified 65900 rugged passive omni antenna is offered bundled with a deck mount and provides Iridium connectivity for marine and harsh environments.
